Based in the heart of Darlington, we have over 50 years joint experience as landlords ourselves and made the decision to do it better for the landlords, tenants , sellers and buyers.  We believe in a personal service and dedicated touch, so you know who to talk to and who is working for you!  

Having grown steadily over the years, we provide a variety of services to our vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants, and aim to provide unrivalled customer service.  We have over 100 properties on our lettings books and that number is growing all the time. We look after small landlords, with just one property to rent out, often their own previous home, through to portfolio landlords with 5 or more properties to let. We also manage HMO properties - whether they are student rooms or rooms for professionals.  

Though we are based in Darlington, we also cover Stockton, Yarm, Middlesbrough and surrounding areas.
