Before the tenancy starts payable to Castle Homes: 

Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent - terms and conditions apply. This will be forfitted if you do not pass referencing or withdraw your application. 

First month's rent in advance, less holding deposit already paid. 
Deposit: 5 weeks rent (shared houses - £300 per tenant/per room). 

During the tenancy:

Payment of up to £50.00 if you want to change tenancy agreement. Including changing your rent due date. 
Payment of £50.00 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/ security devices. 
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
